Trellis Vitality is committed to providing a platform that is accessible to people with disabilities. We design and develop against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard and run quarterly audits with assistive technology users.

Features supported

Keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast on body text and italic accents, captions on video content, focus-visible outlines on every interactive element, and reduced-motion support that pauses background animations.

Known limitations

The patient portal is in active development; some advanced interactions are not yet keyboard-complete. Live captions on async clinician video messages will land in Q3 2026.
